Burgers and Farewells

We had a fantastic time, BBQ-ing with friends on Sunday. Thank you to everyone who came! Loads of people came and we've had some lovely cards and farewell wishes. Today has consisted mainly of clearing up the debris from the BBQ and spending time with friends who didn't make it on Sunday.

By this time tomorrow, we will be on the plane.

Ready to Go!

Andy and I leave for Africa on Tuesday, 30th June. We're going to Nelspruit in South Africa, Pemba in Mozambique and then to Uganda.

The rucksacks are packed and ready to go. For us, this is a minor miracle and classes as extreme planning.

Tomorrow, we're having a BBQ. A chance to see a few people before we go. Then Monday, Andy is hopefully getting his tooth fixed. He came home yesterday and announced that he'd broken it whilst eating a crisp. It is quite impressively broken. Toothache waiting to happen. Thankfully, we have a friend who is a dentist, who has agreed to sort it out for him.
